Completing the program prepares you to sit for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE) offered through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).

Your certification preparation course covers pharmacy calculations, drug classifications, laws and regulations, medication safety, order processing, inventory, pharmacy technology, and compounding. The PTCE is a national exam, and earning this certification can support opportunities beyond Pennsylvania, although requirements vary by state.
