Anonymous Witness Reporting

Recognize that non-consensual sex is sexual assault. Identify situations in which sexual assault may occur. Intervene in situations where consent has not or cannot be given. Create an enviroment in which sexual assault is unacceptable and survivors are supported. This site supports Bidwell Training Center compliance of Act 16 Article XX-J of the Pennsylvania Public School Code of 1949 and builds on the It’s On Us PA initiative which requires post-secondary institutions to establish and maintain an anonymous online reporting system to receive complaints of sexual harassment and sexual violence from students and employees.
